Return and Exchange Policy
Time Frame:
You may return items within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned in their original condition, with tags attached, and unworn.
Return Process:
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at musclebabyco@gmail.com. We will provide you with a return authorisation and instructions.
Refunds:
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned items. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement. A restocking fee of $5 may apply to returned items.
Exchanges:
If you wish to exchange an item, we will process the new order once the returned item is received. If the new item is more expensive, you will be charged the difference.
Non-Returnable Items:
For hygiene reasons, items such as swimwear and underwear are non-returnable.
